Non-Defective Products: Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice if the packaging is unopened and sealed. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by the Vendor.
Defective/DOA Products: Defective/DOA Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. After 30 days, only the Vendor warranty applies.

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
- What are your shipping options?
We ship ground on all orders. We can ship express, please request ahead of placing the order.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping for most orders is $10-$15 depending on the vendor and delivery address. Remote areas will require an additional freight cost.
- How long until I get my delivery?
Most orders are delivered within a couple of days. If its urgent, please contact us and we can confirm stock and warehouse location.

No, we are not able to cancel the order.
